This deliverable describes the pressure-testing of the circular business model propositions developed in DiCE deliverables (D) 6.1 and 6.3 against the operational realities of relevant stakeholders in the European healthcare systems. Eight circular business models (two variants per device) were evaluated across four representative DiCE devices - the digital display label (DDL), endocutter, smart pillbox, and electrocardiogram (ECG) - across five stakeholder groups: original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), hospitals and healthcare providers, recyclers, reprocessors, policy and regulatory actors, and external experts. The work combined two in-person stakeholder workshops in Copenhagen (n=19) and Berlin (n=24), with three complementary online surveys producing 202 validated responses from 13 EU member states
