Extended description

This is a practical, step-by-step blueprint developed within the DiCE (Digital Health in the Circular Economy) project, teaching practitioners how to design and test motivational strategies ("nudges") that encourage citizens to return end-of-life medical/digital devices for recycling and reuse. It walks through the full 13-stage project lifecycle — from stakeholder mapping and hackathons ("Sustain-a-thons"), through co-creative design sprints, prototype development (grounded in the Theory of Planned Behaviour, Fogg's Behavior Model, and the Double Diamond design process), to small-scale and confirmatory pilots. It includes annexes on motivational themes, values frameworks (Schwartz's Value Wheel), questionnaires, and hackathon planning templates.
